Research by the Australian Digital Inclusion Index (ADII) has found that senior Australians remain digitally excluded for multiple reasons. This can leave them without access to key tools that make life a whole lot easier in this digital age.

It is also a way to retain or regain independence and eliminates the need for physical travel to places like shopping centres and doctors’ offices.
